While 'مشمحدد' is understandable, 'غير محدد' (ghair muḥaddad) is a more standard and natural way to say 'undefined' in Levantine Arabic. It avoids the potentially problematic space and is more readily recognized. It maintains the distinction from 'فاضي' (empty slot).
