While 'narešcie' is a valid transliteration, it's better to use 'nareszcie' which is more common in Belarusian. However, it still doesn't capture the programming meaning. A better option might be 'zamiarkavańnie' (intentionally) or 'niezależna ad vyniku' (regardless of the result), but these are lengthy. 'nareszcie' is the best compromise for now.
